How do I calculate my BMI?
BMI (Body Mass Index) is calculated by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a BMI of 18.5–24.9 is considered normal, 25–29.9 is overweight, and 30+ is obese. Use the BMI calculator above for instant results.

What is a healthy body fat percentage?
According to the American Council on Exercise (ACE), healthy body fat is 21–33% for women and 8–19% for men. Athletes typically fall in the 14–20% range for women and 6–13% for men. Our body fat calculator uses the U.S. Navy circumference method for accurate estimation.
What is the difference between TDEE and BMR?
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is the calories your body needs at complete rest to maintain organ function. TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is BMR multiplied by your activity factor. For weight management — losing, maintaining, or gaining — always use TDEE, not BMR.
