No. It records what you notice so you can discuss it with a clinician. Only a clinician can assess your symptoms and options.

### How do I open the spreadsheet in Google Sheets?

Download the Excel file from Etsy, then in Google Sheets choose File, Import, Upload and select it. The formulas keep working. You only type in the yellow cells; everything else calculates itself.

### Where do I find my files after I buy?

On Etsy, open Your Account, then Purchases and Reviews, then Download Files. Downloads work best in a computer or phone browser; the Etsy app sometimes hides the download button.
